Dr. Mark Wegener PT, DPT, Owner

Dr. Mark Wegener, PT, DPT is a Southern California native. He holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University (DPT) and is the director of Balance Rehabilitation. He became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 1999, a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2002, and has completed specialized training in the areas of Neurological and Vestibular Rehabilitation. He approaches every patient as if they were a family member and strives to give them the best care possible. He lives in South Orange County with his wife and two children. He is a musician and a martial artist and currently practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Dr. Jessica Workman PT, DPT, Clinical Director

Dr. Jessica Workman, PT, DPT is a Southern California native. She received Bachelors of Science Degree from University of California San Diego in Physiology/Neuroscience and her Physical Therapy Doctorate Degree from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She has taken the full course work through the University of St. Augustine for the Manual Physical Therapy Certification and full coursework through the Institute of Physical Art working toward becoming a Certified Functional Manual Therapist. Her treatment philosophy includes examination of mechanical, neuromuscular, and motor dysfunction to determine how to best get people back to doing the things they enjoy in life. She enjoys travelling and being outdoors especially training for her next running race and playing beach volleyball with friends. Each sports season she can be seen sporting her teams colors in the clinic.

Warren Comstock PT, MPT

Warren Comstock, PT, MPT, ATC is an Orange County native who stayed local for college and for the majority of his career as a Physical Therapist. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Masters in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University, and after graduating he also became a Nationally Certified Athletic Trainer. He initially specialized in Orthopedics early in his career and became an APTA Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. He was then able to put these two credentials to good use as he treated various sports-related injuries and rehabilitated many post-operative conditions. Over the last 6 years at Balance Rehabilitation he has broadened his scope of practice to help manage and treat varying neurological issues such as Parkinson's, M.S., and Vestibular Disorders. Warren's diverse work experiences and over 20 year history as a practicing Physical Therapist has helped him to manage the most complicated medical conditions, while also helping to make a positive impact on a person's overall health and well being. Dr. Daniel Taylor PT, DPT

Dr. Daniel Taylor PT, DPT is an Orange County native. He graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology—Exercise Science before then completing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at Loma Linda University. He has developed a special interest in Vestibular Rehabilitation, and, along with increasing experience in this area, he has completed a Certificate in Vestibular Rehabilitation held at Emory University in 2019. He also has an interest in the treatment of Orthopaedic/Musculoskeletal conditions with specific training and experience in Applied Functional Science (AFS). He completed a Certification in Applied Functional Science (CAFS) in 2014 and additional training in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy in 2018 with an emphasis on manual therapy techniques. He has a passion towards treating patients in a way that best resembles their functional goals and ensuring that his treatment plans align with these goals. Personally, Daniel has a great love for the outdoors and particularly for surfing, rock climbing/bouldering, camping, and fly fishing.
